Required Documents:

• Passport valid for at least six months beyond travel date (machine-readable).

• Colored passport-size photograph.

• Confirmed airline and hotel bookings.

• Completed visa application form.

Minors (Under 18):

• Must be included in a parent’s visa application (birth certificate required).

• Traveling without parents is generally not permitted by Dubai immigration authorities.

Payment & Booking Terms

• Deposit: 50% required to secure booking.

• Flexible Plan: “Lipa Pole Pole” installment option available (payments must follow scheduled dates).

• Availability: Rooms and rates are subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Arrival & Departure Information

• Airport Reception: Our team will welcome you at Dubai International Airport.

• Baggage Claim: Collect luggage at Belt 13.

• Meeting Point: Look out for the Bountiful Safaris representative at the designated exit area.

General Travel Information

• Currency: It is recommended to carry US Dollars for exchange into UAE Dirhams (AED) upon arrival for better rates.

• Meals: Daily breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed at the many restaurants across the city.
